Johnston County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Apr. 8.
Megan has gone above and beyond with assisting her students and 17 schools this year. She is always available to consult with on situations. She visits her schools in a timely manner to model strategies or attend meetings, if any issues arise. Megan always ensures her students have received all appropriate accommodations and strategies needed for them to succeed. She has provided trainings for new staff members and regularly checks if they need any additional support.
Overall, Megan is a tremendous asset to JCPS staff and students.
