County of Johnston issued the following announcement on Apr. 11.

Today was the second day of the Johnston County Youth Livestock Show 2022. Boys and Girls of Johnston County displayed their animals for the judges at the Livestock Auction Arena in Smithfield. “It’s one of the largest events we do throughout our year. These kids look forward to this every single year. It’s a place where they can show off their talents and what they have learned,” said 4-H Agent Meredith Wood.
