Dr. Pearce expressed his commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for students and supporting staff within JCPS. “I am both humbled and honored to serve in a district that has given so much to me,” he said.

Having been appointed during a special session on June 17, 2025, Dr. Pearce brings over two decades of leadership experience in education to his new role, previously serving as Assistant Superintendent of Administrative and Auxiliary Services.
