Four Oaks Elementary School issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.

The Four Oaks Community Men’s Outreach Organization came to school on August 19th to deliver backpacks filled with school supplies for students who might need help starting the school year! Chris Haley, president, said the men wanted to do something for the students and that was the best idea they had. Mrs. Kathy Parrish, principal, was thrilled that the group came on the morning of August 19th–the same day we welcomed families and students into our building for the 21-22 school year.
