Johnston County Public Schools issued the following announcement on Sep 18.

The Johnston County Board of Education voted, 4-3, to extend the current mask requirement at their Special Session meeting on Sept. 20. 

Masks remain required inside all JCPS facilities and buses for all students, staff, and guests.
