Selma Elementary School issued the following announcement on Sept. 12.
Art contest for students. The issue must be railways. Submit your artwork no later than September 30 to the Selma Recreation and Sports Department. Located at 112E Anderson St.
The Town of Selma invites all current Elementary, Middle, and High School students in Johnston County to participate in the Selma Railroad Days Student Art Competition.
All submissions must have a railroad theme to the artwork.
