There are no official “sign ups”. Each “Coach” will bring an adult team to play. See rules/fees by clicking “KICK” above. Deadline to submit rosters and enter is September 6, 2021.

Information needed: Coaches Names, Player Names, DOB, Contact #, Mailing Address, Shirt Size.
