Of the 2,225 people living in Four Oaks in 2020, 54.7 percent (1,216) were women and 45.3 percent (1,009) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Johnston Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 167. In the 65 and over age range, there were 209 females and 103 males.
