Town of Benson issued the following announcement on Aug. 19. 

 The Town of Benson is seeking qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies on certain Town boards, committees, and commissions.

***ETJ = Extraterritorial Jurisdiction***

CURRENT VACANCIES INCLUDE:

-Police Advisory – 3 (At large, District I and District II)

-Board of Adjustments – 1 ETJ

-Planning – 4 (3 resident, 1 ETJ)

-Library – 2

-Historic Preservation – 4 resident

-Museum – 4

-Recreation – 3 resident
