TOWN OF BENSON: Fall Bulk Yard Debris Collection

0Comments

Town of Benson issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.

We’re getting ready for Mule Days and all the visitors it brings into town!

We want to make sure Benson is looking its best and that means fall yard debris collection is coming up!

In addition to the weekly curbside collection of your green yard waste can, the Town has contracted with GFL to provide the collection of bulk yard debris and sticks twice per year (spring and fall).

Pick-up will take place the week of September 12, 2022.

The fall curbside collection includes any bulk sticks, limbs, and general yard debris that will NOT fit in your green can.

Please remember to use your GREEN YARD WASTE can for all small leaf piles, small sticks, clippings, pine needles, etc.

GFL will be collecting bulk yard waste the week of September 12, wrapping up by September 20.

There will be no yard waste collection the week of September 5 and the week of September 26.
