Town of Pine Level issued the following announcement on Jul. 30.
The public should take notice that two public hearings will be held by the Pine Level Board of Commissioners on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Level Town Hall, located at 306 East Brown Street concerning the following:
(1) A Rezoning Request filed by RRT Development LLC, to rezone 46.95 acres of Parcel ID# 12O08024 from RA (Residential-Agriculture) to RH (ResidentialHousing) and Parcel ID# 12N10016 from RA (Residential-Agriculture) to RH (Residential-Housing).
(2) A Special Use Permit for RRT Development LLC, that would allow for the development of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) as a Residential Subdivision. The property is located along North Peedin Avenue, Pine LevelMicro Road, Futrell Road, and Pine Level-Selma Road. The development areas to be considered are Parcel ID#12O08024 and Parcel ID#12N10016.
Citizens are encouraged to attend these important hearings and to offer written or oral comments.
