Town of Princeton issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.

The plans for drainage improvements for the southernmost area of Princeton are complete and permits are being requested. The Johnston County Board of Commissioners has provided funding for this project and NCDOT is partnering with Princeton to make related improvements in state rights-of-way. On March 7, 2022, the Princeton Town Board will review these plans for approval. Bidding for these improvements can then take place as soon as permits are approved.
