Town of Selma issued the following announcement on Mar. 15.

Over the next two months Selma Firefighters will be performing maintenance and flow testing your fire hydrants. This process can cause some minor discoloration to your water. Although inconvenient, this is Necessary to ensure proper operation and flow in the event of a fire. The water is safe and should clear on its on, in a short time.
