Town of Benson issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Our Paymentus online portal — which is also phone option 1 when calling Town Hall — is scheduled for routine maintenance and upgrades and will be down beginning at 5pm TODAY (8-13-21). We expect the service to be fully restored and functional by Saturday morning (8-14-21).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For any questions regarding Paymentus, call Town Hall at (919) 894-3553 to speak with a Benson Customer Service Representative.
PLEASE NOTE: The email for general utilities questions has changed. For all water, sewer, electric, and trash collection questions, please email utilities@townofbenson.com — this will go to all of our Customer Service Representatives ensuring that your question is seen and answered promptly
