Town of Pine Level issued the following announcement on Oct. 3. 

The public should take notice that the following public hearings will be held by the Pine Level Board of Commissioners on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pine Level Town Hall located at 306 East Brown Street to consider the following:

1.  A rezoning request filed by Beth Thomas Watson to rezone Tract 1, of 13.40 acres Parcel#12005036 from HB(Highway Business) and RA(Residential-Agriculture) to HB(Highway Business)
2.  A rezoning request filed by BD&T Properties to rezone 36.910 acres Parcel#12N11005 from RS(Residential Subdivision) to RH(Residential Housing)
3.  The consideration of a Moratorium on all Major Subdivisions
4.  Regulate speed limits on town streets
5.  Regulate parking on town streets

Citizens are invited to attend these public hearings and may offer written or oral comments.
