TOWN OF WILSONS MILLS: Seeking For Maintenance Worker Position

Town of Wilson’s Mills issued the following announcement on Mar. 4.

The Town of Wilson’s Mills is seeking a Maintenance Worker for Town buildings and town-owned streets in the Public Works department. 

This position performs various maintenance and upkeep at our town hall and athletic park building & grounds and works to maintain directional and safety signs on town-owned streets. 

This position also assists in our Animal Control department. 

The Building & Street Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep of all equipment at town hall; general maintenance of the buildings – Town Hall and Community Park building; routine cleaning and trash collection in town hall offices and athletic park property; grass mowing and weed eating around town hall property, athletic park property, and some town-owned street rights-of-way; and assisting with manual labor duties before, during, and after various Town events throughout the year.

This position has a salary range $32,427 - $48,640 annually dependent upon experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid health/dental/vision/life insurance, state retirement, 401(k), sick/vacation days, and state holidays.

 The position is open until filled.
