COUNTY OF JOHNSTON: County Public Health Department to Hold COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Teens and Adolescents

County of Johnston issued the following announcement on Jul. 13.

The Johnston County Public Health Department will be holding a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for teens and adolescents tomorrow, July 14, 2021 at the Smithfield- Selma High School cafeteria. The clinic will run from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and the Pfizer vaccine will be offered.

Teens and adolescents seeking first and second doses are welcome, but should be accompanied by an adult (someone 18 or older) and should eat at least one to two hours prior to receiving the vaccine.  Individuals needing their second dose are encouraged to bring their vaccine card.

Appointments can be made using the google form below. Although appointments are encouraged, walk-ins will also be accepted. Smithfield-Selma High School is located at 700 M. Durwood Stephenson Parkway, Smithfield, N.C. 27577.
