Town of Benson issued the following announcement on Sep 3.
The Town of Benson is excited to launch Benson NC Connect, a new mobile citizen engagement application powered by GOGov. This application puts the power of Town Hall in the palm of your hand.
The app allows residents to have a direct line of communication to request services and report issues such as potholes, graffiti and more. The app is also a great source of information with links to the Town’s website, news, and ongoing events.
In addition, with this new input, town staff will leverage powerful dashboards and reporting tools to identify hot spots, increase productivity, streamline communications, and prioritize projects.
“We’ve been looking for something like this to offer residents for awhile now,” said Assistant Town Manager Kim Pickett.
“We’re always looking at ways to better serve the people of Benson and this app, with its in-depth reporting features and notifications, is one of the best solutions available today. Be sure to check it out!”
To download the free app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search “Benson NC Connect” to find the app. A desktop version of Benson NC Connect can also be used here: https://www.townofbenson.com/2298/Request-Form
