County of Johnston issued the following announcement on Feb. 9.
The 2022 Rabies Clinic will be held on March 26th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Animal Shelter at 115 Shelter Way in Smithfield, NC. To participate in the clinic, please complete a Rabies Clinic Information form using one of the links below:
- Online web form (complete online, does not require email or printing)
- Fillable PDF (to save and email or print)
- Printable PDF (to print and complete offline)
G.S 130A-185 of the North Carolina Animal Control Laws requires the owner of every Dog and Cat over four months of age to have the animal vaccinated against rabies.
