County of Johnston issued the following announcement on Mar. 1.
Requests for proposals will be received by the Owner, Johnston County, at the Johnston County Land Use Center at 309 E. Market Street in Smithfield, N.C. until 4:00 p.m., on Friday, March 25, 2022, for a Lawn Care Services Project.
The work involves lawn care of approximately forty-two water and sewer facilities around the County requiring cutting, weed eating, and spraying. Work shall be performed on an as-needed basis and may be as frequent as every two weeks April through September.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the bidding procedure. This bid does not require attendance by the Bidder. Insurance will be obtained by Contractor with limits in accordance with the contract requirements.
