Town of Benson issued the following announcement on March 6.
Our Paymentus online portal — which is also phone option 1 when calling Town Hall — is scheduled for routine maintenance and upgrades and will be down beginning at 3am this Sunday (3-12-23).
We expect the service to be fully restored and functional after 6am the same morning.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For any questions regarding Paymentus, call Town Hall at (919) 894-3553 to speak with a Benson Customer Service Representative.
