In the fourth quarter of 2023, Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Johnston CTY stood out as the third largest nursing home in Johnston County, tied with one other nursing home, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It shared its ranking with Springbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 100 beds available, 19 less than the average in Johnston County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 92.3 residents during that period.

Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Johnston CTY had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.6 recorded for nursing homes in North Carolina.

During the quarter, Barbour Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Johnston County, with 165 beds available. Smithfield Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation came in second place, with 138 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Johnston CTY has already spent a total of $70,162 in two fines and suffered four penalties.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
